Get the roms from freeroms and play on your PC for free. Very easy to use the emulators and probably instructions how to use them on these sites. I haven’t tried the Amiga one but I have nintendo and genesis emulators that work great.
By the way when you download the roms you dont usually need to unzip them. Just open the emulator and choose the game file you want to open.

I played this game on an arcade machine (or whatever its called) about 10years ago. You were a tiny guy shooting ropes at the bubbles which split into half when you shoot them. The goal of the game is to shoot all the bubbles before the time expires. I think Bubble Trouble is made after this game, cause it seems newer. Characters there were boys with hats and in the background were usually some famous places/buildings/paintings like Eiffel’s tower or Rome Colusium.
